Sales Head

Job Brief:

We are hiring Sales Head for a well-known organisation in Dubai, UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

The Primary responsibility of this position is to manage & deliver the sales activities of the organization with customers from Oil and Gas industry globally.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities particularly in Oil and Gas Industry.

Generating leads for possible sales in Oil and Gas industry globally, follow-up sales activity for the department.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Experience and proven track record of selling in a complex sales environment; Consultative and strategic selling experience preferred.

Willingness to work irregular hours to assure effective communications with partners worldwide

He/she will be responsible for the developing the company presence in the Oil & Gas EPC contractor market

Promoting company products and consulting customers regarding the most cost-effective form work and scaffolding solutions.- Presenting company capabilities and solutions to clients

Market entry strategy and business plan

Promoting company products and consulting customers regarding the most cost-effective formwork and scaffolding solutions.

In depth knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry

Nationality:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate or Equivalent Degree/ Certification

Work Experience: 4 Years

Salary: AED 8000 - AED 10000

This job is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Minimum Experience: 4+ Years

Technical Skills Required:

• Should have experience in selling IT products and solutions to customers in Oil and Gas industry
• Some experience or keen interest in Satellite industry is required
• Well versed with PowerPoint presentations, document writing, preparing reports.

Interpersonal Skills Required:

• Persistent with strong goal orientation mindset
• Proactive, flexible and able to work on his own initiative
• Strong sales ability and motivational skills
• High level of energy and the ability to work independently as well as in team

Industry Preference:

Must have 4+ years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry in MENA region
