Logistics Officer

Job Brief:

We are looking for a 'Logistics Officer' for a well-known FMCG Company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Designation: Logistics Officer

Salary: AED 3000 - AED 3500 plus benefits

Note:

• The candidate must have a valid UAE Driving License.

Job Responsibilities:

• Practical work knowledge of Import documentation and export documentation in a trading environment.
• Knowledge of various documents required for sending the documents through bank either on LC basis or on collection basis.
• Process and examine required import/export shipping documents as per rules and regulations.
• Preparing Invoices and Packing lists and make needed documents.
• Prepare documents from Chamber of commerce and other related departments.
• Sending the shipping related documents to the customers.
• Follow up with customers and freight forwarder for Import/Export shipments and must know the status of all shipments
• Coordination with accounting firm for day to day accounting and banking related transactions.
• Any other task assign by the management.

Nationality: Indian/ Pakistani

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Work Experience: 3 Years

Salary: AED 3000 - AED 3500
