Employer: Immigration Company, Dubai
Package: AED 3000 – AED 4000
Note: The candidate must be available in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high quality preparation classes
- Oversee the training department, implement the procedure and coordinate all clients and trainers
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
- Submit reports on training activities and results
- Recommend improvements or new programs
- Translate requirements into training that will groom client for the next
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
- Stay updated on new trends and tools in English tests preparation classes

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
Work Experience: 2 Years
Salary: AED 3000 – AED 4000

Skills
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a training administrator, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle
- Adequate knowledge of learning management software
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of clients
- Relevant degree
- Able to work on weekends
