RECRUITMENT PROCESS
To initiate an official overseas recruitment from India, a Foreign employer must register itself under the Indian Embassy by submitting all the required documents and thus generating a FE (Foreign Employer) log in identification number and a password. The Foreign Employer, through the above mentioned Log in ID and password can access the Government of India website, www.emigrate.gov.in , and raise a demand in favour of the Recruiter Once a Foreign Employer raises a valid demand as per the above mentioned process, we receive an email from the Government of India about the demand raised in our favour. We, acknowledge the same and initiate by sourcing the candidates.
Further, as per the Indian law, the Foreign Employer needs to execute three documents in the favour of the Recruiter
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
1. POWER OF ATTORNEY :
To authorize xxx to represent in various Government Departments and Consulates / Embassies of the respective countries on the behalf of the Foreign Employer.
2. DEMAND LETTER :
To Fulfill the demand of the Foreign Employer as per their requirement. A Foreign Employer can mention additional terms and conditions as per their company policy in the Demand Letter.
3. SPECIMEN OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT :
This is a draft copy of the contract between the Foreign employer and the candidate as per the terms and conditions of the Demand Letter.
FOR UNSKILLED CATEGORIES
In case of the following Unskilled Categories i.e. Labor, Cleaner, Housemaid, Houseboy, Shepherd, Domestic Cook, Agriculture Worker, Servant, Messenger, Domestic Servant, Office boy, Office Worker, Gardner, Farm Worker and Helper. Then the Power of Attorney, Demand Letter and Employment Contract should be attested by the Indian Embassy in their respective Countries. Once through the formalities, we immediately engage in the subsequent steps mentioned here in below :
We advertise the required categories in leading English and Regional newspapers on an all India basis i.e. Times of India, Assignment’s Abroad, Hindu, and the regional publication’s of the respective cities. We upload our client’s requirements on job sites such as Timesjobs.com, Monster.com & U N International job portal and we also headhunt at potential areas.
Personal interviews are conducted by our technical recruitment managers on the basis of the job description provided by our client. The skilled/semi-skilled categories are also subjected to a trade test as per their specialization.
Screening, assessment and short-listing of the candidates for final interview is carried out by our highly experienced and technically qualified recruitment managers. The overall grading of candidates is carried out based on their professional skills, previous experience, general knowledge, personality and adaptability for work environment. The candidate’s short listed by us is then presented to the client’s representative for the final selection.
At the time of the personnel interview our specialized consultants scrutinize the applicants abilities on the position he has applied for. The resumes of the candidates are assessed and their employment documents are verified from their previous Employers.
Based on the questionnaire provided by the client our technical manager interviews the applicants and verifies the knowledge of the candidate in the specialty he has applied for.
On receipt of confirmed job orders and exact job descriptions of required categories, we source the candidates through our active databank, job portals, advertisements and head hunting. Our specialized recruitment mangers test the responding candidates for their skills matching the job description and trade test if required. The shortlisted candidates’ complete CVs with recruitment manager’s remarks are sent to the clients for their approval or the clients are invited to our offices in Asia to personally evaluate the candidates and it is an added advantage to understand our mode of operation.
Candidates undergo their Medical formalities with Panel Doctors and their Medical Fitness Report is informed to the Clients.
On receipt of the Visa documents from the Clients the Passports along with the required documents are submitted to the Consulate for Visa stamping
Visa stamped Passports are then submitted to Protector of Emigrants (POE) for Emigration clearance on the passports of the candidates.
The candidates are given brief orientation about the Company, Project site and the country of placement before their departure from India.
The Candidates are handed over their departures file with the copy of their Bio data form, Employment contract, Visa stamped passport with Emigration & copy of Insurance and Ticket two days prior to the date of Travel, consequently the arrival details of the candidates are informed to the Client
